Application Process

Application for Residency Form – To begin the move in process, please complete the application and submit with a check for $75.00.  This is a non-refundable fee.

Priority Wait List Deposit
Should an apartment not be available or an immediate move not be feasible, you may elect to be placed on our wait list.  You may do this by submitting a $500.00 partial deposit.  This amount will be applied toward the required $1,500.00 security deposit at move in.

Before Move In
Prior to moving day, we will schedule an appointment to sign the lease and give you keys. A Resident Handbook containing information about The Normandy and the surrounding community will be reviewed with you. 

We offer many services to make your move easier and we will assist you throughout the process.  Our staff pledges to make this lifestyle change a smooth transition.
